Elam Jay is well-known as a performing artist, producer, director, and also as successful businessman. 

The entirely self-made man is a Swiss-Moroccan notorious personality, born in 1974 in a popular neighborhood of Casablanca, who knew that no success comes by chance. His rhetoric of ambition, hard work, and perseverance is not just a philosophy he preaches, it’s the code by which he lives his life.

Elam showed early on a tenacious entrepreneurial streak when at 16 he founded in Geneva a Dance academy.

Signed as an artist with Sony BMG, he traveled the world. He lived in the USA, learning the American entertainment industries culture, before getting back to Morocco as the owner of Universal Music licensee and co-founder of the music label Platinum music, with one goal in mind to develop the entertainment industry in Africa.

Elam Jay, partnered with Coca-Cola, as spokesman of the multinational brand for the North African region, being the first artist to reach this status. The huge success of the campaign induced two years later another fruitful collaboration with a leading telecommunication company for their launching marketing campaign. 

Both collaborations contributed to positioning Elam among professionals as a reliable entity committed to his work. 

Following his entrepreneurial spirit, Elam developed other businesses over time, in completely different sectors like Real Estate, concierge luxury services, as the owner of the international franchise Quintessentially, or events being at the head of some unforgettable ones.

But music and film industries remain his main purpose in life. Elam decided to give himself all the time needed for implementing and developing essential infrastructures in Morocco and for training his own teams of professionals. 

Today, after many years of hard work and heavy financial investments, Marrakech Media Village is here, a dream come true. The huge project is home for Rise the nation, the first major music label in Africa. 

Elam Jay is also the founder of Jay Vibe Records, a US music label based in Atlanta, and the owner of offices and recording studios in Miami.
